How to run recovery environment?
Theoretically, , you can get to the Windows 10 recovery environment using the keys Shift + F8 at boot time. bootrec / rebuildbcd

Team «bootrec / rebuildbcd» is part of Bootrec.exe – utilities to fix Windows boot errors. When you run the utility with the parameter «/ rebuildbcd» it searches for the operating systems installed on all hard drives on your computer. Upon completion of the search user is prompted to enter data about all discovered systems in the boot loader configuration. Pressing the «Y» key on the request to add discovered operating systems Windows 10 overwrites the boot loader and the operating system will boot.
