Tom Clancy’s The Division was finally released on PC, PS4, Xbox One. New game presents an awesome third-person shooter-survival mode. Anyway, PC version of The Division also has some technical issues as Delta errors, MIKE errors, controller problems, game freezes, black screen and more. Here we present the solutions for all known problems.
Multiple Monitor Support in The Division
The Division is provided with support of multiple monitors; thus you can configure settings in interface section. For best results, we recommend to use these options in compatibility with Surround NVidia of video card or support of Eyefinity AMD.
MIKE error in The Division when launching Game
The error MIKE always arises if the game cannot get access to your profile. Firstly, be sure to recover your profile if you had never run the game before. Then after 5-10 minutes try to launch the game once again. In case if you see message “Your progression might be lost” the game then will recover the last working profile with the loss of 5 minutes of progress.

The Division freezes shortly after the Launch or starts with Black Screen – solution
If you face with black screen during the game launch or game freezes shortly after launch, we recommend to use Dual Core fix in order to resolve this problem. Follow the steps below:
- Download and install the Octa core faker
- Extract files on game path
- Start Xenos64 and press process selection of Manual Launch
- Open file TheDivision.exe located in the game folder in the following window
- Press Add and find dualcore.dll
- Click Inject button and start the game.
- After closing “Waiting…” window, click on Inject.
The Division error message “Services are not available at this time. Please try again later.” fix
Just be patient as the game was released only. So try to wait a bit or launch single player mode.
The Division – Issues with NVidia Game Ready Driver
Disconnect one monitor in the time of driver installation (and then reconnect once completed). Also you can uninstall driver via Windows Safe-Mode to revert it to the previous version.
The Division – Player freezes
Players may become stuck if they close the menu using the B/Circle button near a cover prop so avoid it until fixed.

Change the sound quality settings:
